Our process involves electrostatically applying a durable and attractive finish to metal products, creating a strong bond between the powder and its substrate, resulting in a finish that is resistant to corrosion, fading, and damage. Our team of skilled professionals uses only the highest-quality powders and follows strict quality control procedures to ensure that each product receives a flawless and consistent finish. Our powder coating services are suitable for a wide range of products, including marine, automotive, industrial equipment, commercial, architectural, furniture, and decorative items. We have the capacity to handle projects of all sizes, from a single product to a large batch. In addition to our powder coating services, we offer media blasting and other surface preparation services to ensure that each product receives a clean and uniform mechanical profile for the powder coating process.

Our spray booth provides consistent and reliable airflow throughout the entire coating process, ensuring that the powder is applied evenly and consistently without any air pockets or variations in pressure that could lead to inconsistencies or contanimations in the finish. A permanent spray booth provides better control over the temperature and humidity during the application process, which is crucial for achieving optimal application conditions. The temperature and humidity can affect the way powder pulls and adheres to the surface, and without proper control, it can result in a subpar finish. Our spray booth also includes specialized lighting that provides optimal visibility during the application process, ensuring that the powder coater can see the surface being sprayed clearly and identify any areas to ensure proper coverage. Finally, permanent spray booths typically include safety features such as explosion-proof lighting, fire suppression systems, and ventilation systems that are designed to remove hazardous fumes and prevent accidents. These features make permanent spray booths a safer option, particularly for  operations that involve combustible materials.

Ferguson Fabrication is committed to providing exceptional customer service and delivering the highest quality powder coating services to our clients. We are dedicated to excellence, attention to detail, and technical expertise. Contact us today to learn more about our powder coating services and how we can help with your next project.

Our facility provides a variety of powder coating finishes such as Custom Colors, Two-Coat finishes, Standard of the Industry finishes such as RAL colors & Super Durable colors for extensive exterior exposure.

Epoxy Primer Powder Coating

Epoxy primer powder coating is a finish that is mainly applied to freshly blasted car bodies to avoid flash rusting before a finish coat is applied, while providing an exceptional base coat for long term corrosion resistance.  This powder comes in Black and Gray colors. With an Epoxy primer base coat, a car body can still be worked prior to finish paint.

Zinc Primer Coating

This powder finish is designed to impart superior corrosion protection to steel substrates.  Typical applications are for structural & industrial steel constructions.
